Friday 3d of July TQ Bordeaux was hosted at Château Troplong Mondot, 1er Grand Cru Classé from St Emilion, for a technical tasting.

This event was a great success, with more than 50 total attendees from all around the area. Samples dealt with toasted heads/non toasted heads, customized toasting versus portfolio toastings, influence of the toasting on the soil.
